These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while consumer protections that cannot be derogated from under your country of habitual residence remain available to you.

This document is a faithful summary of the contractual terms in force at the date of publication. In any case of inconsistency between this English-language text and the binding licensing conditions issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, the regulator's requirements shall prevail.
